- 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 cup ricotta or extra mozzarella for piping the web
- Black olives, sliced and whole, for spiders
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers
- Cornmeal or flour for the peel/pan
